Personal Training
A session of Personal Training (indoor or outdoor) is 1 hour sport session with a personal trainer. The focus of the session(s) depends on your personal goals (getting back in shape, weight loss, strengthening).
Small Group Training
Small Group Training: 1 hour sport session in groups of maximum 8 participants.
Special Training
Special training: 1 hour sport session with a personal trainer. The focus of the session(s) depends on your personal goals (preparing a race, a sport event, a Spartan race, etc.). More information on request.
Nutrition - 1 month
1 month: personalized diet plan. More information on request.
Nutrition - 3 months
3 months: personalized diet plan. More information on request.
Pack : Personal Training and Nutrition
1 month: 2 hours of personal training a week and a personalized diet plan.
